From starting Simple Traveler Vacations from the ground up, she’s honed the art of crafting trips where every detail is seamless. Whether it’s coordinating complex itineraries or finding those hidden gems, Meredith’s expertise ensures your vacation is nothing short of perfect.
DeWayne Tudor
Operations & Marketing Specialist
DeWayne works behind the scenes to help Simple Traveler Vacations grow, operate smoothly, and build strong relationships across the travel industry. He oversees much of the agency’s operations, marketing, content strategy, and business development, helping turn big ideas into systems, campaigns, and partnerships that move the company forward. Some of his favorite places to travel with Meredith: Alaska, Italy, Greece, a U.S. National Park, and Canada.
Beth Thorner
Travel Agent
Beth believes that every trip should be as unique as the traveler taking it. With a passion for crafting customized, bucket-list vacations, she specializes in creating unforgettable experiences for her clients and their families. Some of her favorite destinations to travel are Hawaii, Japan, Europe, and of course, Disney! She and her husband, Sam, live in Lexington, KY.

Katie believes the best vacations start with really understanding the people taking them. She brings a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to travel planning and loves helping clients turn the trip they’ve been imagining into something they can actually experience. Her own travels have taken her to New Zealand, Alaska, and U.S. National Parks, and she’s happiest anywhere she can spend time outdoors with her husband, Robbie, and their two boys.

What we DO…
We help you get the most bang for your buck. We totally get what it means to save for that big vacation, and you want it to be amazing! Our goal is to give you the best experience possible within your budget—so you can make every penny count.
What we DON’T DO…
We don’t do price shopping or price matching. If you’re hoping we’ll beat your Costco vacation deal, that’s probably not going to happen. But here’s the thing—we’ll be there for you, every step of the way…and that’s not something online booking engines or Costco can say.
What we DO…
We handle all the details. Every single one. You can be as involved (or not) as you like. We’ve got you covered. We provide top-notch support before, during, and after your trip. Our customer service is always on point and ready to make sure everything goes smoothly. We can’t wait to have you as a client!
What we DON’T DO…
We do NOT charge extra fees. We operate on commission from our travel suppliers, and that’s already factored into your trip cost when you book directly with them. But when you book through us? That commission goes to us, not them. We don’t get paid until you book and travel with us.
What we DO…
We help solo travelers, families, groups of friends—really, anyone—cross off those bucket-list trips. Whether you’re flying solo or traveling with a crowd, we’ve got you.
What we DON’T DO…
Airbnbs. Sorry, folks! We CAN however help with villas and other home rentals.
